The group consists of both male and female members of mixed ability with an abundance of enthusiasm.  The main objective being fun with a little exercise thrown in.

New members will be extremely welcome.  All you need is a pair of soft soled shoes and a commitment to enjoy yourself. Table Tennis bats are available, for anyone thinking of joining.
